Well, how do you like the new site? I know, it looks quite similar to the old site, but it's been completely re-done and is sitting on a new host. The old site used frames to put the navigation section/header at the top of the page, this version uses PHP includes. That means that even though the header appears on all pages like before, you can scroll the page up and the header goes with it. See how you can scroll down this page and the header slides up off the page? Before, the content would have scrolled under the header, while the header sat there taking up valuable screen real estate. That might come in handy, especially for the photo pages. Speaking of the galleries, I am using different software that is easier to maintain, easier to update and should be easier to navigate. That coupled with the insane amount of storage the new host allows me, enabled me to increase the quantity and size of photos in the gallery section.

In looking though my server logs, I see hits coming from a few folks who have linked to this site from their pages. Thanks! I will be going through the logs over the next few weeks and making additions to my "links" page, so if I see traffic from your site and follow it back to a link to my site, I will link back to you.

You might have seen an ad featuring my rig in the March/April issue of a magazine. To be perfectly clear for those who have asked or commented;

I have not used nor do I endorse the shop featured in that advertisement. In fact, until I saw the ad in the magazine, I had never even heard of them. The photo was used without my advance knowledge or permission. I am no way connected with that company and they have never worked on my rig, nor have any of the parts on my rig come from them. I did not receive any fees for the use of that photo.

Three rigs went out for a photo shoot at Evans Creek ORV with 4WD Toyota Owner magazine. The photographer said he got some good stuff, so the magazine appearance is now one step closer :) Check out the "Photos" section for pictures from the shoot.
